This beautiful condo is located on the second floor of the Amelia by the Sea Condo complex. It features a balcony looking over the amazing beach and ocean. Huge fishing pier so bring your fishing poles. Experience the most spectacular sunrise early in the morning. How about an evening stroll during sunset at the beach? This 2-bedroom condo is located on the second floor. It features a king and a queen sized bed The balcony has an amazing view directly to the beach and ocean.

This lovely condo features flat screen TVs in the living room. Master bedroom and Guest bedroom. There is access to a High Speed Internet.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
This condo features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and essentials needed should you desire to prepare a nice meal enjoy it while observing the beach and the ocean.
Pool, Tennis Court & Fishing Pier
After a nice tennis game you can relax in the sun at the pool. There is a direct beach access if you feel like going to the beach. This condo features an amazing fishing pier should you like to try your luck catching a fish.

Park your vehicle at the spacious parking area and enter the condo through an elaborate entrance.
